We ship via USPS (First Class or Priority)

Standard processing time is 7 to 10 BUSINESS days. During HIGH VOLUME TIMES (such as Holiday season) orders may take up to 14 days. NO ORDER IS PROCESSED THE SAME DAY. The NEXT BUSINESS day is when processing begins. Business days are Mon-Fri. If you order on the weekend, your order will start processing the next BUSINESS day. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. We thank you in advance for your patience. If you need an item for a special event, please email us and we will try our best to work something out.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Merchanaire LLC cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control including but not limited to severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Delays may be experienced during high volume times such as HOLIDAYS.
