Refund policy
All items are made to order. Please be sure to check the size chart before processing your order or send us an email for any questions. We do not issue refunds on items that have been processed and shipped.
Size exchanges must be made within 14 days of items being delivered. Items must be in new condition to receive an exchange. Items with stains, holes or perfume/smoke smells will not be eligible for exchanges.
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and we will cover the shipping back to you. We will cover all shipping cost if we made an error on your order.
If an error was made on our end, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will try our best to fix the issue.
You can always contact us for any questions at support@merchanaire.com. Please allow 24hrs for a response. Emails on NON BUSINESS days, (SATURDAY & SUNDAY) will resume on the following BUSINESS day. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
