FAQ'S

1. When will my order ship?

Our processing time is 7-10 business days. Orders are packaged and shipped Monday- Friday. Orders on the weekend are processed the following business day. Please review our shipping policy for further details. 

2. I can't track my order, please advise.

Tracking numbers will generate immediately after a customer's order is processed. We print orders and shipping labels at the same time. Your tracking will update as soon as USPS has scanned and processed your order in their system.

3. My order says "delivered" but I haven't received anything. Please advise.

If you have not received your package after it says it has been delivered you will need to contact your local post office. Once packages are in the hands of USPS Merchanaire is no longer responsible. Merchanaire is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced packages as well as incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided by the customer.

4. I never received a notification for my order.

Please make sure your information is CORRECT when making a purchase. Please input the email address and phone number you want to receive your updates with. If an item is returned to us for incorrect information we will refund the order upon arrival. If you do not provide an email during purchase you will not receive an email conformation only a text to the phone number provided. Please check your SPAM FOLDER  as well for email notifications.

5. I picked the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivered item. Items must be in new condition to receive an exchange. Please email us at Support@merchanaire.com for exchange request.  All items are made to order so please double check your size, color and quantity.(Please check return/exchange policies for further information)

6. I received the wrong shirt, please advise.

If an error was made on our part, please email us at Support@merchanaire.com. We will require a picture of the item you were sent for our records.

7. I forgot to use my discount, please advise

Once a order is made, we cannot manually go in and add a discount. We can only cancel your order and you restart the process.

 8. My order was cancelled, please advise.

Orders with an alert of potential fraud will be cancelled. We will reach out before cancellation.
